Return & Exchange Policy

At Reset Athletic, we want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

Returns:

  • Eligibility: You can return items within 14 days of the date your order was delivered for store credit only. All items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • We do not offer return for refund. We do not offer exchanges, please place a new order once your store credit is issued. Sale and discounted items are final sale and may not be returned for store credit.

  • Store credits will be issued in the amount of the original order less any discounts and shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, charged at a flat rate of $15. Customers are responsible for return fees unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items include candles, hats, and L’AVANT products and are not eligible for return. We do not accept returns on gift cards.

  • Store Credits: Once we receive your returned items, we will process your store credit. You will receive confirmation of your return and your store credit via email.  Please allow up to 5 business days from when an eligible return is received for the store credit to be issued. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@reset-athletic.com . We will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on your preference.

Sale & Promotional Items:

  • Sale and discounted items are final sale and may not be returned for store credit.
